Darren Glanville

Helicopter Pilot, Fireman, Police Officer, and Racing Car Driver were high on the list of professions for Darren at the tender age of 9.

However, my motivations and aspirations would move my career path to the emerging world of technology and business.

The oppotunity to combine these came in the early nineties in the world of ERP software sales; through and beyond the 'millennium bug' and over the next ten years specialising in working with accountants in practice to use technology to improve fee income, reduce costs and improve client relationships.

Darren joined Xero in 2009 as the UK Business Development Manager and lives in Whitley Bay with his wife Lynn and in his spare time he enjoys walking the Northumbrian coastline with his three dogs.
