DazzBoomer
Mebane, North Carolina
Born in Concord, N.C., Dazzboomer has moved to many places over the years. He Started out in Concord N.C. then moved to Haw River N.C. around the age of three. That's when he began learning how to play the piano.
Soon after he reached his teen years, He began DJ'ing at WUVT college radio station in Blacksburg V.A. It was an honor for him as he was only around fourteen years old and the only one that the radio station licensed through the FCC to operate a radio station at that age and ever allowed to have a Saturday night dance show and not be a Virginia Tech student which was a requirement by WUVT.
While he was dj'ing, he learned how to remix and edit music including his favorite of all dance music. At the age of eighteen he moved back to his hometown of Alamance County-N.C.. He then got involved in DJ'ing parties, remixing other artist's songs, and composing his own tunes. Soon after he turned twenty one, He had his first song published nationally by a record label. After so many years of writing, composing, and producing his and others music, he has worked into the latest style of music that some would call trance, techno, progressive house, and even ambient.
His current projects could be compared to such artist's as Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Robert Miles, Snap, Culture Beat, and Paul Hardcastle just to name a few. In January of 2007 his music came to an ubrupt halt. He never knew he had intestinal issues until then. It was to follow with three years of constant sickness that led to him losing 102 pounds. He dropped from 240 pounds down to 138 pounds and with zero percent body fat. He had been hospitalized during that time on numerous occasions and no one could tell him what was wrong. Until the last week he had spent in the hospital in 2010, the doctor did another GI Exam. The doctor then realised DazzBoomer had Chronic Pancreatitis. He was sent into surgery to have a stricture put below his pancreas so that he could hold his food down and gain back his weight. The weight loss left him with Degenerative Muscle Disease and Chronic Pancreatitis for the rest of his life. Now in 2014, he continues to gain his strength back and he still continues to write and remix his and other music artists songs in hopes that the right person comes along and hears his work. He continues to have hope of being able to remix, produce, and write songs for a major music label one day.
