Dr. Geoffrey Basler

Geoff Basler, M.D. earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan in 1996. He completed a year-long transitional year internship in dermatopathology at Emory University in 1997, followed by a three-year residency in dermatology, dermatopathology, and Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Basler underwent advanced training in melanoma and cutaneous oncology at the University of California, San Francisco and Stanford University from July to November 1999.

He achieved certification by the American Board of Dermatology in 2000, and was re-certified in 2009. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, International Society of Cosmetic and Laser Surgery, and American Society of Mohs Surgery.
