Hi! I live in Idaho and work with teams here and worldwide. I speak English, German, French and Spanish so I work with people in all those languages.

I'm an expert in group dynamics and I use my expertise to help groups to increase their productivity. Group effectiveness improves as individual and interpersonal effectiveness increases. The magic combination of individual and interpersonal effectiveness is the focus of my work.

In order to achieve measurable improvements in productivity and effectiveness, I work the whole spectrum from individual to group to organization. My motto: The individual impacts the group and at the same time the group affects the individual. Working on individual and group effectiveness at the same time improves the capability of the whole system.

My toolkit is for working with individuals, groups and organizational systems. I use process consulting, psychometric tools (i.e. Workplace Big Five, MBTI, Hogan Assessments, etc), facilitation techniques, innovation tools and tools for working effectively across cultures and with conflict.

When I’m not working I like to catch up with friends, trail run in the mountains, participate in improv theater and enjoy life. Connect with me!
