Terry Eaton

Terry Eaton is a partner in the White Collar Criminal Defense Practice Group. Mr. Eaton focuses his practice on defending individuals, corporate executives and board members, and government officials who have been charged with or who are under investigation for white collar criminal offenses in federal and state courts. Mr. Eaton handles a variety of high profile federal criminal cases including campaign finance violations, health care and securities fraud, cyber/internet related crimes, bribery, money laundering, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) cases and congressional and executive branch agency investigations.
