David Cicoletti

David Cicoletti graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 1991 with majors in English and Anthropology. He worked as a grocer, truck driver, naturalist, waiter and masonry hod carrier before becoming a full-time High School English teacher in 2000. In 2009, David earned his MFA in nonfiction writing from Fresno State and has won awards for his essays in literary journalism. He plays mandolin, guitar and all kinds of drums and lives with his wife, three kids and four dogs in the small town of North Fork near Yosemite National Park, CA.
