Dustin Dell'Era, a Northern California native, is working with small businesses. He is currently tasked with finding the right fit small business clients to help them take great care of their people, stay out of trouble, and help their teams perform to their potential.

When not networking with and serving entrepreneurs, Dustin is spending time with his wife, 2 young sons, and 2 dogs. Every once in a while he is lucky engough to take too many shots over 18 holes.
