Daniel is one of AXA Philippines' Training Officers, in charge of it's hubs initiatives in Makati, Binondo, and Quezon Ave.
He has led and contributed in delivering training programs for national and multinational organizations in an array of industries in both public and private sectors— with industry leaders and two of the country's leading management consultancy magnates from De La Salle.

Financial Services Sector
The scope of his role spans both agency and bancassurance tele-sales driving product mastery courses, digital platform (SFDC) adoption training, and agency onboarding. One of his key responsibilities is aimed at the onboarding licensure of sales agents for the company's tele-sales channels under Metrobank and PS Bank's distribution network.
Bachelor of Arts in English Language Studies
In 2023, he graduated from National University - Manila, with a focus on Systemic Functional Linguistics in Gender Studies and Developmental Business Communications.
Leadership
The longest-serving President of the Guild of English Majors (NU GEMs), one of National University - Manila's recognized student organizations.
He served from 2021-2023, focusing on co-curricular programs to nourish the 5 macro-skills and to help students meet the academic objectives of the English Language Studies program.
Voice Talent & Events Hosting
He has led the program for events featuring public figures like Rico Hizon, Atty. Chel Diokno, Coach Lyqa Maravilla, and many others.
He hosted the Aurora Province Leg of the Leni-Kiko Campaign in the 2022 National Elections and led the Luminary Excellence in Education and Research Awards (LEERA) back-to-back in 2023 and 2024 under the Lumina Foundation for Integral Human Development.
Published Researcher
With papers focusing on gender studies, stylistic analyses, and systemic functional linguistics (SFL), he developed a framework that analyzes gender portrayal in literature using the scope of SFL. He's presented in the 2nd and 3rd International Conference on Applied Linguistics & Language Education (ICALLE) held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2022 and at De La Salle University - Manila in 2023.
Advocacies
He continues to pursue his advocacy for press freedom and English literacy by facilitating secondary and tertiary level campus journalism workshops, and technical writing & communications trainings.
