- Experience in evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior; Using data and process modeling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of airlines operation and airport management softwares at Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

- Senior programming capabilities in PHP, Python, ASP, C#, SQL, Nodejs, Flutter, Dart, Solidity, and JavaScript and others for building applications or backend tools use for collecting and analyzing data.
