Dea Rezkitha

Dea is a creative person who enjoys working and connecting with other people. Born and raised in Indonesia, Dea has lived in 3 different countries – Indonesia, United States and India. During university, Dea gained knowledge and experience working for youth development in English First abroad program and then spending 4 years working in the international youth organization called AIESEC, primarily taking a lead and handling sales and marketing. During her time in AIESEC, Dea was introduced to the impact sector where she organized and supervised different social projects. Dea also co-founded a start-up that organizes traveling experiences in Java Island, Indonesia.

Dea also worked as Communication Manager at edge, a talent development organization for impact business across emerging markets.She had the opportunity to work with social start-ups in India, Kenya, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico.

In a nutshell, her previous professional experiences include years of international work with social business start-ups. Her background consist of recruitment, managing teams as well as conducting market research and implementing communications strategies across Asia, Africa and Latin America
