Richard Lee

My early years were spent growing up in a strong christian family in Alabama. My father was a baptist minister and a great model for me. After completing an undergraduate degree in Physics and Math, I went to Florida State University to complete a masters degree in Physics. From there I moved to Virginia, worked in Navy research and development, married and had two children. After my first wife’s death, I met and married Linda and after a couple of moves we ended up in Roxboro. We are blessed with four children and 4 grandchildren. Having accepted Christ at an early age, I am honored to serve as he leads. I previously been a deacon in Virginia and at First Baptist Church in Durham. In addition to my role as a deacon at Westwood, I serve as Treasurer for the Trail Life group.
