David E. Eagan

David E. Eagan is the Senior Partner of our Firm. Mr. Eagan oversees and is active in all aspects of the Firm’s practice. Mr. Eagan was a founding partner in the Firm’s predecessor, MacLachlan & Eagan LLP. Prior to forming MacLachlan & Eagan LLP in 2005, Mr. Eagan practiced law for over 22 years in Manhattan, most recently as a partner in the New York office of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, the international law firm. Prior thereto, Mr. Eagan was a Partner in the New York Office of Battle Fowler LLP and was associated with the international law firm Chadbourne & Parke LLP for over a decade. His practice focused on all aspects of corporate and business law including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and other business and real estate matters.
