Dean Aston of LBI’s lifestyle is ultimately dictated by what interests him at a particular moment in time. This has consisted of eating, drinking and going to the gym. Dean believes that leisure time should be spent enjoying your personal passions. When being disciplined and methodical, it does not provide an outlet for more emotive/passionate cravings. Dean chooses to go to restaurants and eat takeaway often. In addition, He enjoys drinking wine. His favourite is rose. In Deans mind, nothing is better than eating good food and wine with a friend. People, as interesting as they are, make up a significant proportion of the happiness and satisfaction that he derives from social company. A large part of his lifestyle or leisure time, is spent meeting new, or hanging out with old people. As much as he considers myself an unusual introvert, he is particularly fascinated with people, and as a result, he enjoys spending if not all, but most, of his time with them.
