Biography

Deana Theriault is results oriented and is focused on your needs and your goals. She began her real estate career by specializing in all aspects of commercial brokerage including leasing and sales of multi families, industrial, retail and office properties. She specializes in the from the New Hampshire Seacoast to Manchester, with an emphasis on the Rte 125 corridor from Plaistow to Epping. She brings dedication and market knowledge to every real estate transaction. She embraces changes and challenges and enjoys real estate for the complexities of each transaction and the results for her clients.

Prior to real estate, she worked at NiSource, a utility holding company for over eleven years in their sales and marketing divisions and this background has provided her with the skills needed when identifying and understanding her clients' needs. She leverages her experience and strong negotiation skills in her clients best interests. She hails from New Hampshire and brings her local knowledge to every transaction.

If she has spare time, she enjoys hiking, travelling, country music and boating on the New Hampshire lakes. She is an avid New England sports fan from the Bruins, Patriots to her favorite pasttime, the Red Sox!
