Dean B Nelson founded KKR Capstone in 2000. Nelson also is on KKR’s Noth America Portfolio Management Committee. He works closely with KKR’s Green Portfolio, which helps portfolio companies save money and resources while improving the environment.

Dean B Nelson previously worked at Shell Oil Company. He holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from Purdue University and an M.B.A. with high honors from the University of Chicago
