I, De'Andre Beard, have just joined the NBE Group LLC Consulting team in order to assist the company with their rental placement needs. The company has several rental properties available. It my mission to assist 100 applicants with finding homes to rent or purchase on land contract by 8/24/2012.

There are several great rental properties available throughout the Wayne County area. Please note that there may be differing application processes for each property as various listings may have different owners.

To get started you must simply follow the instructions below.

*Confirm Availability: Review the list and then contact us to confirm that the rental is still available.

*Drive By: Please drive by the home prior to requesting an interior showing. There is no need to schedule a showing if you don't know how the neighborhood looks.

*Schedule Showing: For the fastest response, email us once you have identified a place that you would like to see.

Application: In order to save time, we advise that you print out the application (below) and complete it prior to your scheduled showing. There will not always be time for you to complete the application at the home. *Please be prepared to pay an application fee on most deals. The application fee may be as high as $35 and on most there will be NO application fee. Be sure to ask about the application fee prior to scheduling a showing.
