I am an entrepreneur and business executive based in Dearborn, Michigan, with a focus on building companies, developing leaders, and creating opportunities for others.

In 2011, I founded One Source Provider, or OSP, after helping organize and scale a face-to-face marketing programme connected to AT&T. What began as an opportunity to build a stronger sales structure became the foundation for a larger business focused on direct sales, business development, and entrepreneurship.

Over the years, OSP has worked with major national companies including AT&T, NRG, Xfinity, Vivint Home Security, and Verizon. Through the OSP model, hundreds of individuals have developed into business owners across the country. That part of the work has always mattered to me most.

I believe business should do more than generate income. It should help people grow financially, professionally, and personally. My goal has been to create platforms where people can develop independence, leadership skills, operational discipline, and a sense of ownership over their careers.

My leadership style is hands-on. I have worked across many parts of the business, from field sales to executive strategy, and I believe leaders should understand the work they are asking others to do. I also place a strong emphasis on mentorship, financial literacy, accountability, and continuous development.

In 2018, I founded OSP Health, also known as Vibra Health Lab. The company expanded rapidly during the COVID-19 pandemic and today operates as a full-service clinical laboratory serving patients in Southeast Michigan.

Across both business and leadership, I try to stay focused on one simple idea: we are in the people-helping-people business. For me, entrepreneurship is ultimately about creating opportunity, sharing knowledge, and helping others build something of their own.
