I am currently building a strong foundation in IT support, networking fundamentals, and system troubleshooting.

My focus includes core concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and diagnosing technical issues through structured problem-solving. I am actively working toward CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification while developing practical skills through hands-on learning and lab-based practice.

I am working toward an entry-level IT support or help desk role where I can apply and continue developing these skills.
