Deanie is an award-winning children's author with 5 books published: Tails of Sweetbrier, her autobiography, Charlie the Horse, Charlene the Star, Charlene the Star and Hattie's Heroes, and Charlene the Star and Bentley Bulldog. Tails of Sweetbrier received the silver medal in the Feathered Quill Book Awards, finalist in the ClippAwards, honorable mention in the Purple Dragon Fly Awards, and a winner in the 50 Great Authors You Should Be Reading Award, 2015. All of Deanie's books share positive messages for children.
