Dean has a 26-year history of operational, consulting and leadership roles in the specialist Business Assurance arena; Security, Fraud Management, Revenue Assurance and Credit & Collections.

Having operational backgrounds in BT and Cable & Wireless, Dean founded an internationally respected consulting company, FML, in 1994 - thought to be the world’s first specialised Communications Business Assurance services organisation. After over 8 years operating globally with FML, Dean went on to Business Assurance leadership roles with Barclaycard (Barclays Bank), Energis (now C&W), and latterly as President Asia-Pacific for Subex Limited leading all aspects of regional operations for this global software vendor before taking the role of CEO with AssuringBusiness.

Dean is a family man with two great children and an amazing wife.
