Rewind it back to 8 years ago...to a time when I was in my little HR bubble, overhearing to the same conversation about my company not being able to hire a certain skill set. A frustrated boss put Phillies tickets on the line for whoever could find a candidate, my hand shot up before my head knew what I was doing and that was it. I was in. Completely hooked and in love with the beautiful challenge of sourcing and recruiting.

I'm not a seat filler and I don't over-promise candidates. For me the greatest satisfaction is pairing someone with an unknown opportunity that truly benefits them and the company. That's my homerun.

TRAVEL: Favorite spots so far - Bali (where I got married), Morocco, Spain and London.

RUN: I started drinking the kool-aid 2 years ago and so far I've done 1 Full Marathon, 3 1/2's and 2 Ragnars.

EAT: This is what started the running, particularly ice cream. It is my kryptonite.
