Deanna Bone

Deanna Bone is celebrating her 20th year in Real Estate and currently she is the CEO and Team Leader of the Southwest Home Team. She started her Real Estate career with one of Arizona’s most popular New Home Builders before she moved into the resale residential market to create a business based on Core Values and have “Excellence” as her minimum standard. Within a few short years, Deanna’s education and dedication turned her business into a business of referrals where today she leads the Southwest Home Team with a Gross Sales Volume over $81,000,000 and 99.2% of their business is by Referral.

The secret to her success is acknowledging behind every successful person there is a multiple list of great coaches or mentors. In her ongoing pursuit of learning more about her strengths and weaknesses, most of which was taught by being a Wife, Mother and Nana, but on the business side, she has teamed up with Brian Buffini and her own personal business coach, Beverly Cairns. Both have taught her what it takes to build a strong referral business by having Contact, Care and Community working well every day, not just between buyers and sellers but between her and other agents all over USA and Canada.

Deanna is taking all her knowledge and drive to help other agents achieve the same level of Excellence as the District Director for Fathom Realty in the Phoenix Arizona East Valley Area.
