Dean is an international business professional who has over 20 years’ experience in the telecoms and several years in the music space.
His specialities are a derived from his work and training over the years:
• His business acumen has come from gaining an MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics and then applying his learning in business.
• As a certified project manager (PMP from the Project Management Institute) he does like structure and discipline throughout all his work. However this does not mean inflexibility, part of the ethos of MixRadio has been to embracing the lean start-up methodologies.
• As an engineer (Degree in electronics) he has a thirst for knowledge on how stuff works, he tends to break stuff to work out a better way of it working – then feeding that back into the product owner/product management.
