I'm Dean Santoro, MBA educated professional with 22+ years of project, program and portfolio management experience in environments of all sizes leading both business and technology implementations in the financial services, manufacturing, retail, biotechnology, insurance, telecommunications and professional services sectors. Over my career, I've held several industry certifications including MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), MCNE (Master Certified NetWare Engineer), CCA (Certified Citrix Administrator), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), Six Sigma Green Belt and PMP (Project Management Professional).

In addition to my professional career, I am an appointed member of the Billerica Substance Abuse Prevention Committee and work with local businesses, schools, law enforcement and parents to aid in the education, prevention and deterrence from substance abuse in our community.
