Dean Trevelino

Atlanta

Dean Trevelino has served in executive positions with three of the largest global public relations firms (OgilvyPR, Golin/Harris and Shandwick), spanning 16 years. His desire to launch his own firm in 2003 with long-time colleague, Genna Keller, was motivated by an eagerness to apply global agency experience in a boutique environment.

Founded in 2003, Trevelino/Keller is a full-service public relations, social and brand marketing firm, ranked nationally by PR Week, Holmes Report and O’Dwyer’s PR. Recognized as one of the 30 Best Firms to Work For in North America by Holmes Report, the agency features six practices: Technology, Lifestyle, Corporate, GreenWorks, Health and Franchising. In 2006, the agency launched the Start-Up Council, a gratis consulting initiative to support early stage companies.

Dean has appeared in print and television on topics ranging from public relations, real estate, small business, crisis preparedness, social media and franchising. Published on Creative Public Relations with the Inside the Minds Series, Dean speaks regularly at industry shows such as NRA, Dine America, Social Media Atlanta and more. An avid runner, Dean currently competes in the ultra relay circuit. Dean earned an M.A. in organizational communications from The University of Alabama and a B.A. in English from Pennsylvania State University.
