Dean's career began as a Motor Cycle Mechanic at the age of 14. From there he went into automotive achiving his ASE certification and on to specalizing as a Diesel Fuel Mechanic. Dean moved on to Become an EMT and late a Paramedic working in various regions in California including San Francisco. In 1995, Dean left public service to work as an IT engineer for Vsurf Internet and Virtropolis. Dean obtained his CCNA & MCSE before working with Innocom Systems in 1997 as their IT Director. Dean created two ISP's: BAIS ( Bay Area Infoserv) and Co-Location for Innocom Systems. In 2000, Dean joined MasterLink, later acquired by Nacio Systems. Dean designed and deployed a 40,000 port network for their datacenter encompassing colocation and managed services. Dean also headed the new managed services team for Nacio Systems. Dean is a NAUI SCUBA instructor for Sonoma State University and a SSI Instructor for Marin Bamboo Reef. Dean teaches as a DAN (Divers Allert Network) instructor and an instructor for the American Red Cross.
Deans Biggest success outside of his family is the creation of Intelletrace in 2001. Dean currently is a board member of Intelletrace, INC. and the CTO. Dean is responsible for creating the Managed services devision of Intelletrace with extremly prestigous customers in the Hospitality, Financial, Medical and Social Gaming vertical markets.
