Dear First Year Diary

I am a first year teacher in a non-traditional school in Colorado. It is my intention to document my journey in this first year. I plan to be candid about the good, bad, sad, and silly. I wish to maintain a veil of anonymity as this is as much a discovery of who I am and what I want as it is an account of my new job.
