I fell in love with architecture at the age of 12, at the time my family lived on the north side of Chicago in a charming four story walk-up. Built in the 1920’s era, the architecture and detailing was beautiful. My bedroom door was eight feet tall and I remember staring at the craftsmanship in amazement.

This is also when I fell in love with cats. (When you live in a four story walk-up, who wants to walk a dog 4—6 times a day!) Their quirky self-sufficient personalities simply make me smile.

Fast forward thirty years and a journey of education, life experience and success. I’ve been joyously married for 23 years, helped raise two amazing step sons, and home-schooled one beautify daughter through high school. PLUS managed to build a real estate business from the ground up.

From resale’s and REO’s, to working with the banks & lenders that foreclose, all of these experiences have led me to now. Today’s real estate market is challenging and most agents and REALTORS® are either unwilling or unable to face the times head on. No longer is it acceptable to take listing photos with your phone or throw-a-way camera. And forget the days of placing a sign in the yard and no communication after. Today’s Sellers and Buyers expect and deserve more. I can! I want to! I SELL!
