Debarpan is currently an MBA candidate specializing in the Management of Technology and Innovation. He has eight years’ experience in technology consulting in energy and utilities, manufacturing and healthcare sectors for major companies in Ireland, Australia, UK and the US, working with three leading IT consulting and business services companies, including IBM and Wipro Technologies which is ranked the world's third fastest growing global IT services brand in 2019 by the world's leading brand valuation firm Brand Finance.

As a Project lead, Debarpan oversaw multiple Implementation, Upgrade and Support projects, managing complete project life cycles from initial presentation and planning, business process modeling, stakeholder analyses, to final implementation and long-term support

As a senior consultant, Debarpan provided Technical Support to real-time business issues in Financial Accounting module for a major British utilities company, and implemented solutions in Device Management, Sales and Distribution and Contract Billing , modules for leading Australian and Irish utilities firm, and the largest Indian private utilities company, along with renowned US healthcare and manufacturing companies. He was responsible for analyzing business and technology strategies, identifying and implementing enterprise application software solutions, evaluating client needs by gathering requirements and mapping them to technical applications,reviewing deliverables and conducting presentations on industry metrics.

Debarpan has done his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering and passed with CGPA of 3.82, graduating in the Top 5% in the West Bengal University of Technology.Besides, he possess a deep compassion for the underprivileged people and has been a volunteer at two NGOs- the Lions Club International and the Education Training and Rehabilitation for the Disabled, where he has been involved in different volunteer activities. Moreover, he is a trained Indian classical singer, a drummer, a football player and an event organizer.
