I was born in Chicago, although I like to think of myself as a cowgirl riding my horse through the old west, although horses scare me to death, but lets continue.
Once I married, my life took a turn from living in the "Big City" to living in the small little town of Lynchburg, Virginia. The same town that Frank James and his wife had lived.
When living there, I was unaware that many of my ancestors had settled in Virginia after the Revolutionary War, however I was not interested in such mundane issues back then.
After years of practicing Dental Hygiene, I was given a diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis, which forced me to give up my career, so back to school. I then got a degree in Interior Design, which help to define my creativity that I never knew I possessed.
I began researching my genealogy, something instilled in me when I was a young girl by my grandmother. It was during this search I got the shock of my life, as well as my father's and his siblings, that we were related to the infamous Belle Starr.
