I care very much about the experiences that people have with people and organisations across all touchpoints and firmly believe that today’s technologies can help create much more open and inclusive relationships that deliver positive end results that benefit everyone. I stay up to date on the changes in the digital marketplace and emerging technologies and as a result am referred to as a bit of a tomboy for my love of gadgets. I am always motivated by great design and the way in which it can inspire, whether it’s a brand, an experience or a way of life.
