I am a REALTOR® with Florida Luxury Realty. I am a member of The West Pasco Board Of REALTORS® where I played an integral role in starting a chapter of the Young Professionals Network in conjunction with the National Association of Realtors, at the West Pasco Board of Realtors and chaired the Young Professionals Network 2013. I am also a member of Florida REALTORS®, The National Association Of REALTORS®, & The West Pasco Chamber Of Commerce as well as an Alumna of SPC. I graduated from Bob Hogue School of Real Estate & have an Associates In Arts Degree from Saint Petersburg College. I have been active with the Pasco County Neighborhood Stabilization Program and believe that it is a wonderful way to improve the community by encouraging home ownership. As a lifelong vegan my family and I are proponents of Green Living and design. I am a fourth generation Floridian who was born & raised in St.Petersburg. I moved to New Port Richey when I married my husband, Rick Small, Paramedic with Sunstar. We are living our own personal dream with daughter Lici, Shadow the Siamese Cat & Bumper the English Bulldog.
