Debbie Tea

Debbie Tea was born in Jakarta, Indonesia in 1986. She studied multimedia design at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, and it was during her third year there that she discovered her passion for photography, introduced by her classmate.

After receiving a BA in Multimedia Design, she went back to her home country for more or less a year to gain working experience in design industries then continued her photography studies at Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam, The Netherlands where she continued to pursue her passion. She always works with her emotion and feelings.

Her artwork are mostly based on the experience she had in her life. Every little thing she approached is the source of her inspiration.
