Background:

Have studied yoga as a science in the lineage of Swami Vishnudevananda since 1984 and regularly practiced asanas from 2002 to present under the guidance of Perinkulam Ramanathan, in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya. Have taken classes and workshops with Seane Corn, David Swenson, Anna Forest, Sadie Nardini, Stephanie Pappas, Dharma Mittra, and Swami Bua. Have also studied under Guruji Shri Pattabhiram, Founder and Spiritual Director of the Sahana Sangama Trust of Bangalore, India and disciple of Swami Rama of the Humalayas, and Srivatsa Ramaswami (longest standing pupil of T. Krishnamacharya, outside his family). Attendance at several meditation workshops given by Buddhist Monk Anam Thubten at Princeton University.

Healing Arts:

Reiki Practicioner - Reiki Level 3. Working on Grand Master status in the lineage of Mikao Usui. Initiated into ancient Tibetian Healing Technique of Pranashakti Mahavidya. Have attended healing workshop taught by Tibetian Buddhist Monk Kenpho Ratsa Geshe Tenzin Dargye. Working toward completion of certification in Thai Yoga Bodyworks as taught by Michael Sitzer and certification in ayurvedic medicine via an online course as taught by Dr. Robert Svoboda.
