As a trained chef and successful restaurant manager, I enjoyed a fun, fast paced career in the hospitality industry. When I got tired of investing in someone else's business, I turned to the direct sales industry to further my mission in life.

Now as a motivational speaker advocating healthy living and home business solutions I am grateful to be working from home, sleeping as late as I want and making a difference in the lives of others.

I am a optimist always focused on what is good in life. I would take offense if you told me my "cup is always half full" because actually it is always full to the top. No matter what the situation at hand is... my life is good!

I am grateful to live in a country that is safe, have a warm house, friends and food. I have an exciting life and am enjoying an active lifestyle. I consider my health and my body to be a gift and I treat it as such. Therefore expect to continue to live a healthy life long past 100 years!
