I am running for a seat on the Irving School Board, District 2. My campaign theme is "Quality Education for All Children," and I will work tirelessly to make that a reality. My experience working and volunteering in the district spans more than 25 years. I have served in the capacities of teacher, teacher recruiter, teacher liaison, staff trainer, student advocate, mentor and mentor coordinator. I also served as chairman of the District Improvement Committee.
