As a life-long learner, I have found my home in education.

I am known for being a dedicated teacher-leader who always looks for new and improved ways to reach children and improve student learning and achievement. I have developed expertise in literacy, integrating literacy strategies into content areas, classroom management, and educatonal technology. Having previously taught elementary and middle schools, I am now serving as an Instructional Coach supporting teachers at two middle schools in Silicon Valley.

In addition, I also collaborate with teachers across the San Francisco Bay Area through my work with the UC Berkeley History Social Studies project and nationally as a part of my upcoming work with LearnZillion's 2014 Dream Team.
