About me: simply put, I am spiritual ,raised Christian, and accept all religions, and believe that we all are meant to share and enjoy life, it is much too short on this earth. Our mission is to serve. I find my connection to all others, compassion, love, are what we are on this earth to discover and learn about and from together- loss, loved ones who go on before us, friends who come into our lives and find different paths, also offers opportunities and many lessons that we may choose to grow and live by. I choose to move forward with the lessons, and positively they do effect my very life. Grief may not disappear, it becomes something new daily, yearly. My love of my family, nature, art, as well my learning and love of yoga and meditation, believe that my God is HIM to others, and a Higher Power may vary in religions, but I believe spirituality transcends religion.. and so they are all one... this all sustains me, keeps me alive and curious, and brings me out of crisis and despair, aids pain and grief although they are a real part of life; My hopes and prayers and energy go out to all, and love is truly all we need. If we can live in the present, right now, "be here now",( as we practice in yoga--it works)......keep it there as long as you can, practice it, learn it...it is like anything in life, if we don't live it maybe we need more practice!
