Debora and her American born husband, Joshua J. Ball, are directors of TCCGlobal, Inc., an international leadership development program that is reconfiguring its strategies to counteract the mass exodus of young adults ages 15-29 who are disengaging from church. Their new strategies will employ a series of global destinations designed to help participants discover God's amazing love and purpose for their lives. This unique "Around The World" travel series will engage young people in a balanced discovery of geopolitics, history, religion, art and social justice, with the ultimate outcome becoming each participants understanding of God's purpose for their lives.

At 18 years old, Debora moved to the United States with her American family where she and Joshua became good friends. Later she returned to Brazil with her family to play a key role in the expansion of their leadership development program, where she grew in her skills as a translator and staff leader. In love, Joshua relocated to Brazil with her American family where he joined Debora as a primary staff leader. As they continued to grow in their friendship and love, they also grew in leadership and assumed the role as assistant directors. Soon after their marriage in 2010, they became program directors and now serve as Lead Directors for the program's Leadership Council.

Debora's energy and zest for life makes her a fun and positive leader to hang out with. She prefers to keep things simple by taking on each day as a unique gift to enjoy and explore. Debora and Joshua are preparing to live in multiple global locations in order to fulfill their desire to continuing being effective leaders and world changers.
