Prior to opening my own consulting business, I served as the Senior Vice President of Accreditation and Administration for the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) and the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE). I have more than 25 years of experience in higher education and educator preparation as a professor of Literacy Education, a Department Chair, and a Dean of Education. Currently I provide consulting services both nationally and internationally to educator preparation providers in the areas of program development, accreditation, and quality assurance,
