A graduate from the Iyengar yoga institute S.F, she specializes in teaching yoga to pregnant woman. Also, a certified Hypnotherapist and HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator; she teaches childbirth classes and workshops and offers private sessions in both yoga and Hypnotherapy.
