I have been part of this fabulous business for over 30 years. I've variety of capacities, from award winning agent to large Team Leader, business coach, teacher, franchise owner and most recently the Canadian Director of Brokerage Operations for eXp Realty. I am passionate about excellence in real estate sales and creating sustainable business futures based on win/win decisions. I believe that the real estate business is headed for some really big changes.
