3AAA is the leading training provider specialising in the delivery of IT and Social Media and Digital Marketing apprenticeships across the country. 3AAA are providing the next generation of high quality IT apprentices to feed the demand for qualified IT professionals through the delivery of Level 3 and Level 4 training.

This 12 month apprenticeship is employer lead, meaning we are constantly seeking businesses that are keen to employ an apprentice in the IT and Social Media sector. All apprentices are of an extremely high calibre with an entry criteria of 5 GCSE's grade A – C, a passion for IT and enthusiasm to develop professionally within an IT role. The apprentice's minimum wage is £2.73 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours a week which is payable by you the employer, and is the only cost to the employer.

There is also a government grant available to employers of £1,500 from the Skills Funding Agency. The grant applies to companies/schools who have less than 1000 employers, who have not taken an apprentice in the past 12 months and it is applicable for up to 10 apprentices.
