Deborah Taylor

Hi, I’m Deborah. I’ve worked with amazing teams to design award winning experiences in retail, ecommerce, media, entertainment, sports, banking and insurance. I have lead design efforts on over 10 launched products that have improved the day to day lives of millions of users, and am part of 3 patent holding product teams.

Over the last decade, I’ve worn the full spectrum of UX hats - starting out as a UX researcher, before my interest in design and crafting solutions led me into roles including interaction designer, user experience designer and most recently, UX lead and UX strategy roles.

Today

In my current role, I’m responsible for leading efforts solving complex problems, while keeping the design team’s focus on an aspirational North Star - what we have come to call our aspirational prototypes or “visiontypes.” I mentor junior UX designers and work across product teams to improve processes, including user research, design thinking workshops, design iterations, user testing and updating the pattern library.
