I'm a tech enthusiast studying Computer Science and Economics at the University of Chicago. In my spare time (which is increasingly rare) I like to make YouTube videos discussing Mac and iOS tips, software, and technology in general.I have been fascinated by technology since learning how to use iMovie in the summer of 2005. When I realized that people are behind companies creating such powerful, user friendly software, I sought out as much information as I could to learn about how these companies operate. My experience with Macs sparked my interest in software, and more broadly, in technology. I started my YouTube channel, iTalkApple, in seventh grade to share Mac tips and discuss software.I love great software and getting other people excited about products. Some of my favorite videos to make involve showing the potential of apps that come preinstalled on macs that most people do not take advantage of, such as TextEdit. My videos about Dropbox and why the Macbook Air is the best computer for college exemplify the types of videos I hope to make in the future.I've known since middle school that I want to have an impactful role in a technology company. For years, I've been devoted to trying new products and tools and learning about how people build products, whether they revolutionize the way we live and interact or make specific tasks easier and more pleasant. Ultimately, I want to be surrounded by a diverse group of people who share the desire to make something that people want and enjoy using.
