Deborah Bates

I'm a Brand Journalist working for a content-driven search marketing agency, Vertical Leap. Having graduated with a BA Hons in Creative Writing (2:1), I moved into firstly the bid writing world and secondly, journalism. I split my days between writing hot-off-the-press news for my clients and editing the work of my colleagues. We work with clients from around the world, from SMBs to large-scale global companies. I have a keen interest in branding, content marketing, online journalism and editing. I am also developed my tactical and strategic skills, helping me to start building specific content strategies. My personal interests include travel, music, current affairs, politics, American culture and reading.
