Though I wish I knew then what I know now, I am enjoying the knowledge, skills and perspectives gained from an eclectic career path providing opportunities to learn in a variety of roles in different industries and from different perspectives.
What drives me is the desire to constantly learn and apply new skills in an uncertain and ambiguous world. The thread that runs through my work in human resources and business process improvement is effective communication and use of resources, especially time and talent.
My interest is in EMPOWERING INDIVIDUALS AND STRENGTHENING ORGANIZATIONS. Working to be our best selves by developing habits for success and iterative experimentation skills. Organizations become stronger when talent is focused and work is aligned with purpose. The result: A supported mission committed and energized teams engaged in continuous and adaptive learning.
