Deb’s work is grounded in her strong knowledge and experience in the fields of leadership development, learning, and change.

She is an expert in navigating thecomplexities that leaders face, including increasing scope of roles, leading teams, leading globally,visioning, and influencing.

Deb’s work has reached many companies and organizations, including Deloitte, KPMG, Disney, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, PSE&G, JP Morgan Chase, Sara Lee, ETS, Monsanto,and Lucent Technologies.

Deb has presented at the Conference Board’s Tough Issues Conference, and has appeared on CNBC, Good Day New York and numerous radio programs. She has been quoted in Black

Enterprise, the New York Times, The Washington Post, and Essence Magazine. Prior to her work with GrowthLeaders, Deb held various senior leadership roles at Bell Labs, Lee Hecht Harrison,and Catalyst.

In addition to her executive coaching work, she is an adjunct professor of organizational behavior at New York University. Deb holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from the University ofIllinois, Chicago.
