Deb has presented at the Conference Board’s Tough Issues Conference, and has appeared on CNBC, Good Day New York and numerous radio programs. She has been quoted in Black
Enterprise, the New York Times, The Washington Post, and Essence Magazine. Prior to her work with GrowthLeaders, Deb held various senior leadership roles at Bell Labs, Lee Hecht Harrison,and Catalyst.
In addition to her executive coaching work, she is an adjunct professor of organizational behavior at New York University. Deb holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from the University ofIllinois, Chicago.
