Deborah Festa

As an undergraduate at the University of California, Los Angeles, Deborah Festa gained admittance to the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society and studied a year abroad at the Universite de la Sorbonne in Paris. After graduating summa cum laude with a dual bachelor of arts in philosophy and French literature, Deborah Festa matriculated at the University of California’s Boalt Hall School of Law, where she won the American Jurisprudence Award and sat on the board of the Berkeley Journal of International Law.

After graduation, and having served tenures with several Los Angeles law firms, Ms. Festa became a partner at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP, in 2012. Working through its Los Angeles and New York City offices, she actively participates in the firm’s internal Alternative Investments Group and leads all West Coast securitization and investment management strategies. Deborah Festa’s client base currently includes a wide range of investment managers and banking institutions.
