Deborah Hardy, EdD

Hello, I'm Deborah Hardy, EdD. I am an Educational Consultant and Trainer focused on improving school counseling program capacity.

I currently live in New York, but was born and raised in Brazil. My interests range from photography to travel. I am also interested in technology and educational topics. As a hobby, I spend my time creating fused glass jewelry and home decor.

I have been a Director of K12 School Counseling Services for two prestigious school districts. I began my career as a multilingual school counselor in a diverse district in Westchester County, NY. I provide professional development coaching on implementing a comprehensive school counseling program, developing a personalized learning plan, technology and school counseling among other topics.
